We provide a comprehensive service that includes efficient production design, approval of homologation samples, setting up the most efficient processing technology, quality control, and final implementation of serial production.

The size of the components we can practically process depends on the individual assessment of our technical team and is limited by the size of the machine workspace (further details in the machine equipment). For simplification, we state that we machine parts up to a length of approximately 1500 mm and a diameter of approximately 1500 mm.

Materials commonly processed include gray cast iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and more.

For all orders, we are prepared to solve both machining technology and the design and production of suitable clamping devices and tools. In technical production preparation, we utilize CAD/CAM software support.

The machinery fleet of our machining workshop comprises over 20 machines, including:

• Vertical CNC lathes Karusel for workpieces with lengths of up to 1300 mm and diameters of 1400 mm.
• Horizontal multifunctional centers Kitamura and HILLER HÜLLE for workpieces with lengths of up to 1500 mm and diameters of 1500 mm.
• Vertical multifunctional centers HARTFORD with a worktable size of up to 1750 x 920 mm.

We verify the accuracy of our products in two independent 3D air-conditioned centers equipped with the best CMM technology.

We conduct measurements using Nicon 3D coordinate measuring machines and utilize a Zoller-branded device for measuring and adjusting tools.

All the parts we process undergo outgoing inspection, and as per customer requirements, we generate the necessary documentation. For prototype production, documentation processing for each part is a given.

We perform comprehensive measurements of machined parts, fixtures, etc., ideally according to a 3D model.

Measurements are carried out in both manual and CNC modes.
