Our Quality, EMS and OHS Policy is based on the principles of an integrated management system. Accuracy in metalworking is checked in an air-conditioned 3D measuring center. We check not only the parts during testing (homologation parts), but also the required parts from the series production batch. We perform 3D measurement of parts on the latest generation of CNC gantry coordinate-controlled measuring machines (CMM):

LK Integra for parts with dimensions of 1500 x 1000 x 800 mm
Nicon LK V for 2000 x 1500 x 1500 mm parts

The EN1090-1:2009+A1 certification proves the introduction of a quality system throughout the welding production process. Welding is performed by a team of welders with state licenses according to ČSN EN ISO 9606-1 and many years of experience.

We realize that the quality of the final product or its parts cannot be ensured by control, but must be gradually inserted into the product at each step of its realization and must subsequently become part of it. Inspection cannot create quality, but only prove it. That is why we meet the high quality requirements for fusion welding of metal materials according to EN ISO 3834-2.

The high quality of welding is also guaranteed by an independent accredited certification body that provides welding supervision to ensure the system and optimize quality in production. Upon request, we perform and document:

Visual inspection of weld surfaces
Non-destructive tests (X-ray, ultrasound, magnetic)
Pressure tests
Certification of pressure vessels according to module G under the supervision of TÜV SÜD
Certification of fire-resistant steel doors, single-leaf and double-leaf, full and 1/3 glazed
