CMM technology

Quality control is an indispensable part of engineering production, which is why we regularly invest in CMM technology.

We check the accuracy in metalworking in our own air-conditioned 3D measuring center on CNC gantry coordinate-controlled 3D measuring machines as well as with classic measuring devices (calipers, calipers, micrometers, thread calipers, etc.).

Not only prototype parts are inspected during testing (so-called homologation), but also part of the parts from the batch during serial production.

In the production process, we carry out inter-operational control, thanks to which we are able to detect the discrepancy of the part with the drawing in time and thus maintain high work productivity and production quality.

Description

Machines equipped with CAMIO software. Formed by a bridge and a movable pinole, when the bridge moves along the granite table top. The X and Y axes are driven and controlled by DC motors with friction gears and control rods. The Y-axis is driven by a steel belt. The Y and Z axis movement systems are made of ceramic hollow profiles.

The machines are equipped with a Renishaw ruler with a resolution of 0.5 μ, which guarantees accurate determination of the X, Y and Z coordinates of the touch with an accuracy of ± 2 °C. All drives are made up of a system of precision air bearings that float above the surface.

Description

Tool inspection

The vertical device ZOLLER VENTURION 600/PILOT 3.0 is used to measure and adjust tools for CNC production outside the machine tool. The essence of the device is to repeatedly prepare the tool in such a way that the greatest possible accuracy is achieved and the manufactured part exhibits the required parameters of tolerances after machining according to the drawing or customer requirements.

The device is equipped with HEIDENHAIN system, BOSCH tire, THK guide, SONY camera and UHING drives.

Tool inspection

The vertical device ZOLLER VENTURION 600/PILOT 3.0 is used to measure and adjust tools for CNC production outside the machine tool. The essence of the device is to repeatedly prepare the tool in such a way that the greatest possible accuracy is achieved and the manufactured part exhibits the required parameters of tolerances after machining according to the drawing or customer requirements.
